. The event took place without any disturbances or incidents. All agenda items within the five hours, from 12 bis 17 clock clock executed. In between all the participants were provided with a very rich dinner and drinks. The agenda items were:
idea of the approach of the WVdSB in cooperation with the Provisional Government of National Unity of the German Reich to Erreichnung the goals presentation of the documents and the manner of its international accreditation by the Swiss authority
presentation of the draft statute, the fees regulations the WVdSB and paragraph as vote on the constitution, followed by written acceptance of the terms by all those present, introduction of the members of the Board and vote of the founding members of the individual officers by three-part vote (votes to cast, abstentions) with the result , that all proposed officers were the founding members all adopted unanimously, abstentions expressed the respective office holders themselves,
A discussion about various subjects completed the event. Thank you on behalf of the board for all persons involved for coming, and the explanation of their membership und selbstverständlich bei den gewählten Amtsträgern für deren Bereitschaft zur Übernahme der Ämter.
Die Provisorische Regierung der Nationalen Einheit des Deutschen Reiches war mit 2 Teilnehmern vertreten, die ihrerseits ebenfalls zu den Gründungsmitgliedern, nicht jedoch zum Vorstand zählen.
Gleichzeitig möchten wir hiermit den Köchen und Kellnerinnen sowie dem Geschäftsführer der Gaststätte "Zum Schnitzelheinz" in Erfurt herzlich für die Zurverfügungstellung der Räumlichkeiten sowie die reichhaltige und preiswerte Beköstigung danken.
