Better late than never!
After much paperwork I have now finally taken some letters to the post. recipients are the "tax office Angermünde" - according to stamp as "financial office in the land of Brandenburg," as well ominous "Federal Central Tax Office. This is my contribution to the fight for freedom and justice in Germany.
